Introduction
Hunch is a gamified DeFi protocol. It is a pure skills game, in which the player's ability to make calculated future assumptions will determine his or her success. The gaming elements do not involve RNG (Random number generators) but rely to a large degree on pure skills - the most successful players would be those best at calculating what the future holds.
DeFi Games (DFGs)
The gamified DeFi universe of Hunch is represented at inception by the town of Hunchville, in which the player can navigate between different DFGs (DeFi Games). Each DFG is unique and based on its own financial and/or DeFi-community related aspects, while introducing unique gameplay and mechanics.
Uniswap V3 Core mechanics (LP-to-play)
A core gameplay element is the ability to play DFGs with zero upfront cost, relying instead on fees collected in the player's staked Uniswap V3 positions. This type of play creates a gamified Uniswap V3 lp experience, in which players can combine their strategy as liquidity providers, further increasing the skill-element in the game.
