The gameplay in Hunch is based on the concept of game tickets.
The tickets are NFTs which include the player's decisions. For example - In the flippening game, the ticket includes the player's prediction of the point in time in which the Flippening (ETH marketcap exceeding BTC marketcap) will occur, for example: "30-01-2023 15:49" (time resolution is in minutes). There are two types of tickets: 1. Regular game ticket - in which the player selects the amount of the ticket denominated in ETH 2. Liquidity ticket - A zero upfront-cost ticket. Instead of funding the ticket with ETH, the player can stake Uniswap V3 lp positions A liquidity ticket is linked to a Uniswap V3 liquidity position. Any fees collected by the player's liquidity position will be collected in the ticket. When unstaking the position, the ticket will be finalized, all fees converted to ETH. A liquidity ticket also benefits from a "time staked multiplier" - the more time the liquidity is staked, the higher the multiplier will go. However, as Uniswap v3 is based on concentrated liquidity, the player will not be able to adjust his liquidity range as long as it is staked - Which makes the range selection a strategic decision (Bigger ranges would generally allow staking for considerable amount of time, while smaller ranges will incur more fees)
Each ticket is associated with a specific DFG (DeFi game) and will have different characteristics related to it. For an example of Flippening tickets see the How it works section of the Flippening Observatory.
